These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CoderBlocks website, the MacMobility macOS application, its iPhone and iPad companion apps, and related downloads, licenses and support. MacMobility is the only product currently offered for sale on this website. Please read these Terms & Conditions fully and carefully as these Terms set forth the legally binding conditions for your use of our website and our services. Please also read our Privacy Policy which explains what data we collect and how we protect it.
By browsing our website, using our services or purchasing MacMobility licenses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. General Conditions
A. Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under age 18, you may not, under any circumstances or for any reason, access or use our services.
B. If you agree to these Terms on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to agree to these Terms on that organization’s or entity’s behalf and bind them to these Terms.
C. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer our services to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.
D. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our services.
2. Prohibited Uses
By browsing our website, using our services or purchasing MacMobility licenses, you are prohibited from using our website or its content:
● for any unlawful purpose,
● to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts,
● to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances,
● to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others,
● to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability,
● to submit false or misleading information,
● to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of our services or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet,
● to collect or track the personal information of others,
● to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape, for any obscene or immoral purpose,
● to interfere with or circumvent the security features of our services or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of our services for violating any of the prohibited uses.
3. Technical Requirements
To browse the website and purchase a MacMobility license, you need Internet access, a current web browser and an active email address.
Using MacMobility requires a compatible Mac and, for remote control, a compatible iPhone or iPad with the companion app. Check the current system requirements in the app download information and App Store listing before purchasing. Features that use other applications, Apple Shortcuts or scripts also depend on those tools and the permissions required for the selected actions.
You can download and try MacMobility before buying a license to check compatibility with your devices and workflow. Performance and feature availability may vary with your hardware, operating system and third-party integrations. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. MacMobility & Licensing
MacMobility lets you control your Mac from an iPhone or iPad, launch apps and trigger shortcuts and workflows. A free download is available to try the app. Paid licenses are sold as a one-time purchase with no subscription.
● One license: One license key is assigned to one email address and can be used on an unlimited number of compatible devices.
● Two licenses: The two-license option includes two license keys for two email addresses, for example for personal and work use. Each license supports unlimited compatible devices.
● Duration and updates: Licenses are indefinite and include all future MacMobility updates that we release. The iPhone and iPad companion apps are available free of charge.
● Permitted use: You may use MacMobility for personal or business workflows. You may not resell, redistribute or share your license keys with third parties, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.
Available license options and prices are displayed in the MacMobility pricing section. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an order already completed.
5. Purchase & Payment Processing
● Go to the MacMobility pricing section and choose one or two licenses.
● If you have a valid coupon, apply it before starting checkout. Up to two coupons may be applied. Any accepted discount is reflected at checkout.
● Click the corresponding Buy button to open Stripe checkout. Review your order, currency, discount and final total before confirming payment.
● Provide accurate information requested by Stripe, including an email address where you can receive your license keys and purchase confirmation. Payment processing is subject to Stripe’s applicable terms and Privacy Policy.
● After successful payment, you will be returned to the purchase confirmation page. Your MacMobility download link and license key or keys will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
● Activate each license with the email address you intend to associate with that key. Contact kontakt@coderblocks.eu if you need help with delivery, activation or your purchase.
6. Refund Policy
For MacMobility licenses purchased on this website, our voluntary refund policy allows you to request a partial refund within 14 days of purchase if the license key has not been activated. Contact kontakt@coderblocks.eu with your purchase email address and order details.
For refunds under this voluntary policy, payment processing and operational fees typically amounting to 2%–5% of the purchase price may be deducted where permitted by law. Any deduction will be explained before the refund is processed.
7. MacMobility Updates & Support
Your paid license includes all future MacMobility updates that we release, without an additional subscription fee. We do not promise a particular release schedule or specific future features. Updates may have different system requirements, which should be checked before installation.

8. Cookies & Data Usage
The website uses an essential session cookie to support MacMobility coupons and checkout. Where a cookie notice is shown, browser storage remembers its dismissal. See our Privacy Policy for details about personal data, license activation and payment processing.
9. Communication & Marketing
We use your email address to deliver MacMobility license keys, purchase confirmations and relevant service or support messages. Providing an email address for a purchase or activation does not automatically sign you up for promotional emails. Where you separately opt in to MacMobility marketing, you may withdraw that consent by contacting kontakt@coderblocks.eu.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use MacMobility, including compatibility issues with third-party systems or software.
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
11. Force Majeure
Neither you nor us will be responsible for failing to meet any obligations under these Terms or for any inability to access MacMobility and related services if the failure is due to any unforeseen event beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, internet or communication outages, fire, flood, war, natural disasters or act of God.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
There may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on our website at any time, without prior notice.
13. Dispute Resolution
In case you have concerns, claims or issues with us, we hope we can resolve them quickly and amicably. Please contact us at kontakt@coderblocks.eu. We will make reasonable and good faith efforts to resolve any dispute between us informally. We undertake to answer any claim within 14 days.
14. Governing Law
You and we agree that your use of MacMobility, related services and these Terms will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Poland. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
