D. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our services.

To enable proper usage of our services, including browsing the website and purchasing our products, the following are required:

Any issues arising from the user's system not meeting requirements specified in our Terms will not be considered grounds for a refund.
Our website offers digital application components for purchase, which means that certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our website. Our products or services may have limited quantities. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Each product is subject to its respective licensing terms, as outlined in the product description.
● Purchased digital products are for personal or business use only: You may use the product for your own projects, including commercial projects within your organization or business. You may not resell, redistribute, share or transfer the product to third parties.
● License terms for products that require a license key (e.g., MacMobility): One license is assigned to one email address and can be used on an unlimited number of devices. The 2 licenses deal is intended for using the product on your private and work MacBooks.
● Product Templates cannot be used or redistributed for commercial purposes: You may review the Product Template summary (in PDF format) to evaluate its suitability before purchasing the full product. You may also use Product Template for personal learning or testing within a non-commercial environment. You may not use Product Template in a live project, include it in commercial applications, modify it for resale, or redistribute it in any form for financial gain.
● Free Demo Template cannot be used or redistributed for commercial purposes: You may use Free Demo Template for personal learning or testing within a non-commercial environment. You may not use Free Demo Template in a live project, include it in commercial applications, modify it for resale, or redistribute it in any form for financial gain.
To successfully purchase our products or services:
● Go to Shop section and select product by clicking ‘Add to Cart’.
● Go to Cart section.
● Complete the ‘Payment Details’ form by providing all required personal details, including First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Billing Address. Purchasing our products anonymously or under a nickname is not permitted.
● Confirm that you have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
● Continue to Checkout. Please note that you are responsible for your purchases, chosen payment method and you agree to the pricing, as summarized at the time of purchase. We rely on your commitment that you are aware and accepting those conditions at the time of purchase.
● In the next step you will be redirected to our payment processor provider website to complete the payment for our products. Currently we are using Stripe, Inc. as a third-party service provider for payment processing services. By making a purchase of our products you:
● agree to Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement,
● agree to provide only true, accurate, current and complete information,
● consent and authorize Stripe to share any information and payment instructions you provide with third-party payment providers to the minimum extent required to complete your transaction.
● After successful payment, you will be redirected to a purchase confirmation page. You will receive a purchase confirmation message to your Email Address specified in ‘Payment Details’ form.
● The purchased product will be sent to your Email Address specified in ‘Payment Details’ form.
● In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, we provide you only with content in the form of the purchased product as specified in the product description. We do not offer any assistance in using the material.
Refunds for our iOS digital products will only be issued if both of the following conditions are met:
● The digital product has not yet been downloaded,
● Refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Once the digital product has been downloaded, we cannot track its further use, distribution, or deletion. Therefore, refunds cannot be issued after the product has been downloaded. Refund requests that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
In case of our MacOS digital products that require a license key, we offer a partial refund within 14 days of purchase if license key has not been activated. If a refund is approved, a partial refund will be issued to cover payment processing and operational fees. These non-refundable fees typically range between 2%–5% of the purchase price.
We may release functional updates for our products no more than once every three months. As a result, your purchased products may receive free updates for six months from the date of the purchase. After this period, continued support or updates may be subject to additional fees.
By using our website, you automatically consent to the use of essential and functional cookies necessary for site operation. For full details on what data we use, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
By providing your email address, you consent to receiving updates about our products, news, and marketing messages, including newsletters. You may opt out of newsletters at any time by following the unsubscribe link included in the emails.
